Return and Refund Policy

Jewelsbysirani offers a 3-day return/return policy for unused  items. Customer must have a clean unboxing/unpacking video without any breakage . Refunds are processed after checking the returned items.

1. Refund Policy:

Refunds are initiated upon receiving the returned product at the warehouse.

2. Replacement & Exchange:

Customers can request replacement or exchange following the conditions applicable to returns. Replacement is shipped after the initial return is picked up or delivered (for Gold items).

3. Return Process:

Customers can initiate a return request on the website . Customer Support guides through the process. Availability during reverse pick-up is crucial. Unavailability may lead to cancellation, requiring re-initiation.

4. Shipping Costs:

For non-serviceable pin codes, customers may need to return products using an alternate courier service, with reimbursement of reasonable shipping costs (up to Rs 70). Excess charges are adjusted against the refund.

5. Empty Parcel/Missing Product:

In case of an empty parcel or missing product, contact customer support within 48 hours. A 360-degree unpacking video is required for processing the claim.
