1. Shipping Time :

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 48 hours, with personalized items requiring additional processing time. 

2. Shipping Charges:

Free shipping is offered on all orders over Rs. 499. Below Rs. 499 order value , customer have to pay Rs. 80 .However, free shipping is not applicable to international orders and returns.

3. Tracking:

Customers will receive tracking details via WhatsApp, email, and SMS once the order is shipped or customer can track the shipment by AWB provided .
